All of the apartments will be detailed with the highest quality materials and the independent central heating will be supplied by the complex’s district heating network.

THE NEW COMPLEX
The value of any building project is also enhanced by the context in which they are placed. This particular project is a good example of how living space and the environment can be perfectly integrated.
Choosing our project means choosing to live in an oasis of liveability. The building complex is surrounded by a large, well-equipped central park, a bike path, various pedestrian walkways and other, smaller, parks.
The area offers such fine services as schools (several grade levels), a church, a shopping centre with a wide variety of stores, a Warner Village movie theatre complex (only 1 km away) and a multipurpose sports centre.
Getting around is also easy – there are many main and secondary roads, parking areas, pedestrian walkways and bike paths.
The local roads are used by private vehicles and public buses and the parking lots have been designed to make access, manoeuvring and parking easy.
Some of the areas destined for parking have medians and sidewalks.
Waterproof roadbeds are limited to the entrance and distribution lanes, while the rest of the roadbed will be covered in green paving or similar.
Furthermore, access roads are open according to the needs of vehicular traffic, both on the road as in the parking areas, and there will be wide tree-lined avenues. The driveways and sidewalks have been defined.
The open spaces have been divided into three different categories: public parks, public sports areas and gardens.

THE Z15 SECTION
The Z15 section is one of the most important areas inside the Torrino Mezzocammino complex. It sits at one of the most elevated positions and is structured in such a way as to make it practically independent: it is a sort of village with its own special privileges, its own streets and parks for the exclusive use of its residents.
The private villas located in the Z15 section have been placed in particularly privileged areas and are the finest buildings in this section. These single story villas have been laid out in such a way as to each have their own spacious private garden with independent access and a basement.

LIVEABILITY AND FEATURES
The villas have been designed with pitched roofs, walls of bare brick alternated with plastered areas and elements covered in stone with a well laid-out outdoor area with lawn, pavement and entrances. The finishings indoors are truly elegant: there is a hydro-massage bathtub, all parquet or stoneware floors, porcelain stoneware-tiled bathroom and kitchen walls, a basic domotic command centre, superior quality door and window frames, independent heating from the district heating network which serves the entire Torrino Mezzocammino complex and independent air-conditioning.
The basement will be finished with high quality porcelain stoneware tiles.

SAFETY
Safety is assured in several ways and all the villas will come equipped with: steel-clad front door, burglar alarm installation connected to the domotic command centre (video-intercom), a wall-safe, the predisposal for eventual surveillance cameras, gas detectors and everything needed to guarantee high levels of thermal and acoustic isolation.
