THE NEW RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX
The new residential complex is currently under construction near the centre of Fermo on the panoramic sea view via Dante Zeppilli. The compound will feature 4 buildings of which three are regular blocks and one is parallelepiped.
The first three buildings will house various sized apartments with large balconies and private gardens, while the fourth building will have a business centre on the ground floor and apartments from the first floor on up.

THE NEW RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX
The new residential complex is currently under construction near the centre of Fermo on the panoramic sea view via Dante Zeppilli. The compound will feature 4 buildings of which three are regular blocks and one is parallelepiped.
The first three buildings will house various sized apartments with large balconies and private gardens, while the fourth building will have a business centre on the ground floor and apartments from the first floor on up.
The approximately 8,000 m² of useable surface space of the complex has a volume of 24,000 cubic metres and will contain 86 units, each of which will have its own private garage and/or parking slot, as well as the business centre’s parking lot.
THE TYPES OF APARTMENTS
The independent buildings will be three storeys high with an underground private parking garage.
The apartments within all have different layouts and offer a wide variety of choice – one-room, two-room, three-room, duplex and penthouses – to fully satisfy the diverse needs of our residential clients.
Duplexes, with the living, kitchen and dining areas on the ground floor and the bedrooms on the first floor, will also be available.
PLANT AND EQUIPMENT
The buildings will be constructed with a reinforced concrete framework and cement-sided floors buffered with Poroton and/or Alveolater type brick blocks, treated with the appropriate isolation coats and covered with wooden slats.
Heating and hot water is autonomous but comes from a central production plant to increase the energy efficiency factors of the buildings and of each unit. In particular the heat is distributed through radiant floor. The business centre will have its own heating pumps with inverters.
In order to create a healthy environment in the rooms, and in order to further increase the energy efficiency ratings of each unit, a centralised Controlled Mechanical Ventilation system will be installed.
Overall building energy performance index: block 2 - 38,00 kWh/mq year.
